RIVETED HEADS
Construction of the heads
The heads to be adapted to the implement are constructed as follows.
1. Head Design.
Taking into account the original measurements of the machine, as well as those of the implement base, we design the head to achieve minimum height and maximum reliability.
2. Cutting and welding.
The necessary parts are cut from sheet metal using our plasma cutting machines. The entire head is then welded.
3. Machining.
Once the head has been fully welded, the base for mounting the implement is machined, followed by the area for anchoring to the machine or hitch.
By following this construction method, we are able to manufacture perfectly aligned heads that do not cause assembly or operating problems.
